Common questions about pricing.
What counts as a "minute"?
Calling time is measured from when the visitor clicks to when the call ends, rounded UP to the next whole minute. A 1m 03s call counts as 2 minutes.
Can I buy extra minutes without upgrading?
Yes - top-up packs are available on any active plan. Top-up minutes are used AFTER your plan minutes run out, and each pack stays valid for 12 months from purchase.
Do unused plan minutes roll over?
Plan minutes reset each month. Top-up minutes do NOT reset - they stay until you use them or until they expire 12 months from purchase.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay the prorated difference at checkout. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal - you keep your current plan for the rest of the cycle you paid for.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes - choose Yearly billing on any plan for 20% off the monthly price, paid up front for 12 months.
How does tax work?
No GST is charged. AsqVox is not registered for GST, so the price you see is the final amount you pay - in INR or USD, with nothing added at checkout.
What if a plan changes after I subscribe?
Your current billing period is locked at the terms you signed up for - name, price, minutes and features stay the same until renewal. New pricing applies from your next renewal, with at least 14 days advance notice by email before any price increase.
